The platform contract
The employer guarantees
- That the job exists and is open. It expires after 21 days unless reconfirmed.
- The published salary, as a fixed amount or a band no wider than 30%.
- An answer to every application within 10 working days. Compliance is public.
You get
- Only jobs that meet your conditions: minimum net salary, commute time, schedule and contract.
- The estimated net salary and the door-to-door commute, instead of the gross figure and the municipality.
- The reason each job was suggested to you.
